Three products that work together across the whole life of an incident — reported by a citizen, coordinated by command, and handled by the crew.
SATRIA
Field Officer App
Live
SATRIA is the field companion for firefighters on duty. It turns incident handling — fires, non-fire emergencies, and community outreach — into structured digital reports with timestamps, GPS location, response-time tracking, and share-ready report formats. The interface is built for the real conditions of the job: bright sunlight, gloves, low-end phones, and no time to waste.
For firefighters and field officers.
KOMANDO
Command Center
In Development
KOMANDO is being built to serve as the command center for fire chiefs and coordinators. It is designed to bring incoming field reports together into one operational picture, so leadership will be able to monitor incidents as they unfold, follow unit readiness, and coordinate the response across stations without chasing phone calls. Its goal is for decisions that used to wait for paperwork to happen while the incident is still live.
For fire chiefs, duty officers, and coordinators.
SUAR
Citizen Reporting Channel
In Design
SUAR is being designed as the public reporting channel that will let citizens report fires and emergencies directly from their phones. A report is intended to enter the same system the officers use, so a call for help would become a tracked, accountable case instead of a lost message in a chat group. Its aim is to give the service a faster first signal — and a way to answer citizens with data.
For citizens and local communities.
